Discover our flagship session « Understanding AI to better grasp and leverage it », a one-day training that lays the essential foundations of artificial intelligence. Through presentations, demonstrations and hands-on workshops, you will learn to distinguish AI, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, identify the most relevant use cases, and work with basic tools to enrich your professional daily life.

Learning Objectives:

• Understand the fundamental concepts of AI, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Identify the opportunities and limitations of AI across various sectors (HR, marketing, finance, operations).
• Become familiar with key tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, ML platforms) and their use cases.
• Practice the first steps in Prompt Engineering to interact effectively with an LLM.

This training is designed for all employees who wish to demystify AI and its business applications. No technical prerequisites required.

Intensive 1-day session: 9:00–12:30 & 13:30–17:00.

• A laptop with Internet access.
• Basic computer skills (web browsing, text editor).

Morning: Fundamentals & AI Challenges

• History and definitions: AI vs ML vs DL vs GenAI.
• Market overview and key figures to assess the opportunity.
• Concrete use cases by sector and business process.

Afternoon: Tools & Hands-On Workshops

• Overview of popular tools: ChatGPT, Copilot, Mistral, etc.
• Prompt Engineering workshop.
• Demonstrations & mini-challenge: generate a deliverable (email, summary, proposal).
• Discussion & feedback on integration in real-world contexts.
