This half-day session invites you to explore the ethical challenges and responsibilities associated with AI use in the workplace. Through theoretical frameworks, case studies, and a reflection workshop, you will learn to identify risks (bias, privacy, transparency) and establish a responsible framework for your AI projects.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the core principles of AI ethics (bias, fairness, transparency).
- Discover the European regulatory framework (GDPR, DSA, AI Act) and its impacts.
- Learn to assess and mitigate ethical risks in an AI project.
- Implement an internal charter and responsible governance processes.
Target Audience:
Managers, project leaders, CSR officers, data leaders, and anyone involved in or overseeing an AI project.
Duration:
**½ day** (9:00–12:30).
Number of Participants:
Maximum 12 participants.
Prerequisites:
No technical prerequisites; a general understanding of AI concepts is a plus.

Morning: Ethics & Governance
- Introduction to AI ethical challenges: bias, discrimination, privacy.
- Overview of regulations (GDPR, AI Act) and best practices.
- Case study analysis: real-world scenarios.
- Collaborative workshop: drafting your AI ethics charter.
