This half-day session offers a comprehensive framework for governing AI use in your organization. You will learn to develop internal policies, define decision-making processes, and ensure the regulatory and ethical compliance of your AI projects.

• Understand AI governance challenges: transparency, accountability, security.
• Establish an internal AI usage policy in line with standards and ethics.
• Define roles and responsibilities (Data Stewards, AI Officers, steering committees).
• Implement control and audit processes to monitor AI performance and risks.

• Audit plan, review, and continuous update process.
