This half-day workshop shows you how to leverage artificial intelligence to efficiently analyze employee feedback and HR survey results. Using real-world examples and hands-on exercises, you will learn to automate the collection, classification, and reporting of feedback.
Learning Objectives:

- Apply sentiment analysis to gauge tone and emotions in responses.
- Automatically extract key themes and trends from unstructured data.

- Introduction to NLP and text mining for feedback analysis.
- Overview of tools and libraries (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Demo: theme extraction and sentiment scoring.
Workshop: Complete Analysis Pipeline
- Automated collection of survey responses from an online form.
- Processing and cleaning text data.
- Generating a summary report and dynamic charts.
