This two-day training guides you through designing and deploying a business chatbot using LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approaches, and the OpenAI API. You will learn to structure the processing pipeline, manage contextual memory, and integrate your chatbot into your applications.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand LangChain architecture and RAG principles.
- Index documents and perform semantic search with vector stores.
- Set up conversational flows, manage memory, and multi-step contexts.
- Integrate and deploy via the OpenAI API in a web or application environment.

2 days (9:00–12:30 & 13:30–17:00).

Prerequisites:
Proficiency in Python, basic machine learning knowledge, and familiarity with REST APIs.
Program:
Day 1: LangChain Fundamentals & RAG
- Introduction to LangChain and RAG concepts.
- Document indexing and creating/querying vector indexes.
- Workshop: build a simple RAG pipeline.
- Managing memory and conversational context.
Day 2: Integration & Deployment
- Connecting to the OpenAI API and handling security keys.
- Developing a minimal chatbot front end (Flask, Streamlit).
- Testing, optimizing, and monitoring the chatbot in production.
- Final workshop: deploy and demonstrate a business chatbot.
