This intensive one-day session guides executives and managers through the strategic transformation of their organization in the AI era. Afternoon: Change Management Roadmap
- Stakeholder mapping and resistance identification.
- Development of a communication and support plan.
- Definition of roles, governance processes, and AI KPIs.
- Workshop: design an AI pilot and deployment timeline.
